Mike and I have decided to spruce our apartment walls - with original masterpieces - our original masterpieces.

Start with brunch - coffee, please (even though we got out of bed late)

"Finish - with a meatball hoagie"

Meatball Hoagie:
Meatballs (homemade):
Organic ground turkey
Bread Crumbs
Garlic
Italian Spices
Mix all ingredients above - make into balls - Broil
(or buy favorite meatballs)

Caramelize onions for a sweet taste

Heat sauce in pan
Add broiled meatballs
Add spices (your taste)

Cut hoagie in half
Line bread with turkey pepperoni
Add meatballs and sauce to hoagie
Cover with Italian mix cheese
Sprinkle with Thyme/ Italian spices for color
Put in aluminum foil - Broil
Take out when bread is crunchy and cheese is melted
