ah oh!

After entering the pastry arts business - I've met quite a few chefs/cooks/bakers that share the same sentiment, "I feel at home and inspired in the kitchen, esp. a restaurant's kitchen!"

I, on the other hand, feel this way about bookstores/libraries and cafes. Yikes! Good thing, I am working on ending my ridiculous comparisons to others - I may just start to think that I was in the wrong business... and after a year of school and a job that would NOT be a good thing.
