Dealing with some major cheek acne. So, I went to the Internet to research. I also have a book on acne (I've found myself fighting a battle between me and acne in the last two years), but found this picture. I've read that cheek acne deals with stomach issues and stress (all of which applies to me) - so wondering how true the rest is. I have a feeling it's right on - but will let you know as news develops :)
