For itchy ears use 1/2 solution white vinegar and 1/2 solution alcohol. I know this is random, but I've recently been talking to people that are struggling with itchy ears and as someone who has had itchy ears for forever - thanks mom (I think it's genetic - lol)- I can say that this at-home treatment is a winner - thanks mom (she shared it with me at a young age).
