SEMI-UPSET
So, this is EXTREMELY LATE, but I am semi-upset about the idea that only two "black" people made Vanity Fair's International Best-Dressed List...
I mean, the person doesn't have to be an American, think: Yade Rama [France], Secretary of State for Human Rights. She is always dressed to impress, intelligent, powerful and looking out for human rights. Now, some may argue that she is upstaged (dress-wise) by Rachida Dati, Minister of Justice (on the left), but she should have still made the LIST!

The International Best-Dressed List
- The ballots are in, and it’s Obama, by a thread! That’s Michelle Obama, who joins fellow political wife (and cover subject) Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, and—better late than never—James Bond, in the 69th annual style poll, published in Vanity Fair. Disagree with the judges? Vote for your favorites on VF Daily. Plus: Watch Amy Fine Collins introduce the 2008 list, and see who made the International Hall of Fame.
