Going over and beyond!
My mom sent me this video with the message:
"This is worth every minute...it's 4 minutes long....serious testimony! Grab tissues."
Boy, was she right! This video is for every one that puts that extra detail into their work (even when no one is looking), for those that run that extra mile for another person (without an immediate "thank you"), for the parent that stays up to check over homework (not just ask, "did you do it?"), for the person that fights the temptation of a good ol' shortcut, and for the person that puts in that extra hour to make sure that it's "perfect" (even when no one can tell the difference).
It's the people that not only refuse to be the status quo or average, but also work for excellence. We all know who you are! You are the people that don't just talk about your dreams, your belongings, your "cool" life, but the people that TRULY try your hardest and stay humble on your journey. The person that doesn't brag about your work hours, but who is there when we get in and when we leave...
Although you may not be able to share your "determination story" on a stage, we see you! We see you!

He was impressed because of the incredible detail the artist had sculpted on an area that no one was expected to see. In fact, the Statue of Liberty was completed with no idea that man would someday be able to fly over the statue!"
