A Homemade Pizza Party in Brooklyn
Many of Mike's friends from Howard are in New York because of their internships. So, Mike and I decided to bring them all together for a home-cooked meal - Steel style. We chose the weekend based on the fact that my cousins, none-other-than A.Yancey and Simone L., would also be in town. All this to say that I was supposed to be hosting a dinner for about eight people but it turned into a house party for 20! It was a night of incredibly intelligent people, homemade pizza (nine were made), lots of laughter, decadent drinks and deep debates. Saturday night was absolutely unforgettable in every way.
