Artist Highlight: Norah Jones

I have listened and been a fan of Norah Jones since her first album, Come Away with Me..which debuted my freshman year of college. I remember sitting in Oxford cafes and libraries grinding out a paper to her tunes and having conversations about music artists and people not recognizing her name. So when I saw them selling her new cd, The Fall, in Starbucks it felt like seeing one of my friends make it.

The girls behind me actually pointed out the cd, " I didn't know that Norah had a new cd out." Everyone knows who she is now - she is a world wide celebrity.

As I bought my Vanilla Roobost, I couldn't stop smiling and sipping the hot thick tea as I listened to "Back to Manhattan." Call me corny but "here's to you, Norah."
