Just wanted to share!

Usually I only put food entries on Shelby's Menu, but wanted to share with you guys as well. So, instead of working on the business aspects of the bakery line - I actually did my favorite part - BAKED. This a donut with a cocoa cream cheese icing. The donut came out really sweet, so I had to balance the taste with a more bitter icing - so, I created a icing with cocoa powder and coffee. These donuts taste perfect with a cup of coffee or glass of soy milk (can't speak for actual milk - I'm lactose-intolerant).
